Their old-store orders appear alongside their new ones – matched to the customer, automatically.

Matched to the customer, not the email.

People change their email. We tie legacy history to the Shopify customer, so it never goes missing.

Keyed to the Shopify customer ID

Each legacy order is linked to the real Shopify customer – not a fragile email string. Change the email, merge a duplicate, it stays matched.

You control the data

We ingest a clean export from your old store – a single file. You decide exactly what shows: orders, dates, items, totals.

Quietly accurate

Legacy orders are clearly labelled as “from your old store” so nothing is confused with a live Shopify order.

Nothing imported. Nothing touched.

Your Shopify admin stays clean. We never write legacy orders into Shopify.

Read-only, by design

Legacy history is stored and served separately, then displayed in the account. Your Shopify order list, reports and inventory are never altered.

No fake orders in your admin

Importing old orders pollutes analytics and counts. We show the history without ever creating an order record in Shopify.

Private and scoped

A customer only ever sees their own history, fetched securely when they’re signed in to their account.

Nothing is written into Shopify.

Native in the customer account.

It looks and feels like part of Shopify – because it lives right where customers already check their orders.

A real account block

Past orders appear as a clean “Previous orders” section inside Shopify’s new customer accounts – no separate login, no app to download.

Live in minutes per store

You send the export; we match, stage and switch it on. Going live is a configuration step, not a project.

One file to refresh

Need to update history later? Send a new export and we re-sync. No engineering on your side.

Questions, answered.

Do you import the old orders into Shopify?

No. That is the whole point. Legacy orders are stored separately and shown inside the account – your Shopify admin, reports and inventory stay exactly as they are.

What if a customer changes their email?

History stays attached. We match on the Shopify customer ID, not the email, so updates and merges never break the link.

Where does the legacy data come from?

A one-time export from your old store – a single file with the fields you choose (order number, date, line items, totals). You can send a fresh export anytime to update it.

Do I need Shopify Plus?

No. Order History Bridge works on standard Shopify with the new customer accounts. No Plus required.

How is the data kept private and secure?

Each customer only sees their own orders, fetched securely while signed in. We never store or touch payment-card data – only the order summary fields you provide.

See it on your store.

A 20-minute walkthrough – we’ll show a real customer’s legacy orders surfacing inside their Shopify account.
