No. On Plus we use native B2B catalogs; on Advanced we achieve the same tiering through Markets. We detect your plan and pick the right engine automatically.
How fast does pricing update?
In real time. A customer-update webhook fires the moment a tag changes, and a periodic safety sync backstops anything missed.
What happens when I remove a tag?
The company reverts to your default published (retail) prices automatically. Tiering is fully bidirectional – no leftover discounts.
Can I onboard customers I already have?
Yes. Bulk-tag existing customers from a CSV by email, or import companies and locations in one pass.
How are our credentials and data handled?
Each store gets its own Shopify custom app; access tokens are encrypted at rest. We only manage B2B catalog assignments – we never touch or store payment-card data.
